we are a small cake and cookie shop located in a tiny village in south wales run by myself (any huge fans of sky 1's Stella will recognize our little shop as the bap factory!). I am a mummy to a gorgeous little boy and an entirely self-taught baker and decorator. I am constantly trying new and different recipes and designs to bring something new and different to my customers.
